Use 1 teaspoon per cup of ADHTea Calm or AuTEAsm and pour hot water just under boiling (around 90–95°C) to preserve flavour and herbal oils. Steep for 2–3 minutes without milk, or 4 minutes with milk for a deeper, smoother taste.
