Return & Refund Policy

At Full Circle Healing, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.

 

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

 

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do so by contacting us at:

You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation.

 

2. Conditions for Return

 

Due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

  • Food Products (Cacao): For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of food products if they are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken.

  • Non-Food Products: Any non-food items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.

 

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 

We take great care in dispatching your orders, but if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

We will provide you with a full refund or a replacement and will cover the reasonable cost of the return postage for the faulty or incorrect item.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return

 

  1. Contact Us: Please contact us first to inform us that you wish to return an item.

  2. Package Your Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel.

  3. Send the Item: Post the item to our return address: Full Circle Healing , 7 Brunswick Terrace Hove, BN3 1HL United Kingdom

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty.

 

5. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

  • The refund will include the cost of the product and the cost of the original standard delivery. We do not refund the supplementary cost of express shipping if you chose that option.

 

6. International Returns

 

The same policy applies to international returns. Please be aware that Full Circle Healing is not responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes incurred on returned items. Please clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges.
