At the heart of every authentic relationship lies a foundation of self-love and inner wholeness. When we learn to nurture ourselves, heal old patterns, and reconnect with our truth, we naturally begin to attract and sustain deeper, more fulfilling connections.

Hi, I'm Paula!

For much of my life, I carried a quiet but powerful belief that I wasn’t enough.

That belief shaped my relationships, my choices, and the way I treated myself. I spent many years single, repeatedly attracting dynamics where my boundaries were weak and my needs came last. Outwardly, life looked full and busy - but inwardly, there was a persistent sense of disconnection from myself.

Like many people, I learned to cope by staying distracted. I threw myself into work, socialising, and lifestyles that helped me avoid feeling what was really there. Unresolved childhood experiences had taught me to disconnect from my emotions rather than listen to them.

Everything began to change in 2020, when my own healing journey truly began.

Through deep inner work, I started to gently unravel the patterns I had lived inside for decades. I learned how to feel safe again, how to rebuild trust with myself, and how to come home to my body rather than living only in my head.

As my relationship with myself softened, my life began to reflect that shift. I experienced what it truly means to feel whole - and it was from this place that I met my partner, Matt. Not because I was searching for completion, but because I was no longer abandoning myself.

This journey also led me to sound healing, where I trained as a certified practitioner. Working with sound was the first time I felt fully present in my body - connected to my voice, my worth, and my innate sense of self. It became a powerful anchor in my ongoing self-love practice.

From this integrated place, Full Circle Healing was born - and so was this work.

This Journey is designed for you to...

This self-love work is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about gently unlearning what taught you to abandon yourself in the first place, and rebuilding a relationship with yourself that feels safe, compassionate, and true.

 

​I guide from lived experience, deep personal integration, and a grounded understanding of how emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual healing intertwine (Mind, Body, Spirit). This is the work that changed my life - and it is an honour to hold space for others as they return to themselves, too.

This self-love journey is designed for people who want to reconnect with themselves & others more deeply, and build a kinder, more trusting relationship with who they are.

Many of us have been taught that self-love means doing something nice for ourselves - taking a bath, lighting a candle, or booking time off work. While those actions can be nourishing, self-love goes far deeper than what we do.

Self-love is the energy with which we meet ourselves - the way we speak to ourselves when no one is listening, the way we hold space for our emotions, and the way we honour our truth even when it’s uncomfortable.

True self-love is unconditional. It’s not dependent on how successful, attractive, or “healed” we are. It’s a willingness to say:

 

“I am worthy of my own care and compassion, exactly as I am.”

 

When you live from that truth, your self-care becomes an extension of love rather than an attempt to earn it. You begin to make choices that honour your energy, your heart, and your wholeness.

Week 1

Releasing Limiting beliefs

Re-writing the stories that run our lives, gently bringing awareness to what’s running beneath the surface, understanding where it came from, and consciously choosing a new truth that aligns with who you are becoming.

Week 2

Letting Go of What No Longer Serves

Identify the emotional patterns and attachments that are ready to be set free, offering forgiveness to the past so you can move forward feeling lighter, clearer, and more open to love.

Week 3

Reclaiming Self-Worth & Inner Confidence

Reconnect with the most innocent and loving part of yourself - your inner child.


Through compassion, forgiveness, and self-acceptance, you’ll rediscover your inherent worth and rebuild trust in your own voice and power.

Week 4

Boundaries as Sacred Self-Love

Learn that boundaries are not walls, but bridges to deeper authenticity and peace. 

 

You’ll explore what it means to honour your energy, communicate your needs clearly, and say both yes and no with confidence, compassion, and ease.

Week 5

Conscious Relationships & Heart Connection

With your foundation of self-love in place, you’ll explore how to bring it into your connections with others.

 

Deepen emotional intimacy, empathy, and authenticity - helping you create relationships rooted in mutual respect, presence, and heart-based communication.

Week 6

Living from Wholeness

Integrate what you’ve learned, anchor it through daily rituals and practices, and step forward with a renewed sense of alignment - living from love, truth, and inner wholeness.

What is A Journey Back to Self-Love?

This is a 6-week 1:1 coaching/teaching journey designed to help you rebuild a kinder, more trusting relationship with yourself, gently release limiting beliefs, and learn how to relate to yourself and others from a place of self-worth and emotional safety.

 

How is this course structured?

The journey unfolds over six weekly 60-minute sessions, each with a specific theme, supported by reflective practices, journaling prompts, and simple embodiment exercises to integrate the work between sessions.

 

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching & teaching, not therapy. While the work can feel deep and emotionally meaningful, it is not a replacement for psychotherapy or medical support. The focus is on awareness, self-connection, nervous-system safety, and practical tools you can carry into everyday life.

 

Do I need prior experience with coaching, spirituality, or inner work?

Not at all. This journey is suitable whether you’re new to this kind of work or have explored personal development before. Everything is guided gently, at your pace, and explained clearly.

 

What kind of topics will we explore?

Over the six weeks, we explore themes such as:

  • Limiting beliefs and self-talk

  • Letting go of old patterns and emotional conditioning

  • Self-worth, confidence, and inner trust

  • Boundaries as acts of self-respect

  • Conscious relationships and vulnerability

  • Embodying self-love in daily life

 

Each session blends reflection, coaching dialogue, and practical integration.

 

 

 

What if I feel emotional during sessions?

Emotional responses are completely normal and welcome. Sessions are held in a grounded, supportive way, with emphasis on safety, pacing, and integration. You’re never pushed to go further than feels right for you.

 

 

 

Is this suitable if I’m sensitive or neurodivergent?

Yes. This journey is especially supportive for sensitive, empathic, or neurodivergent individuals (diagnosed or not). The approach is nervous-system-aware, non-shaming, and focused on compassion rather than pressure or 'fixing'.  (I myself am diagnosed neurodivergent)

 

 

 

How much time will I need to commit outside of sessions?

You’ll be invited to engage in gentle daily or weekly practices, such as journaling, reflection, or simple embodiment exercises. These are designed to be supportive rather than overwhelming, and you’re encouraged to adapt them to your capacity.

 

 

 

Will this help my relationships?

The primary focus is your relationship with yourself - and from there, many clients notice positive shifts in how they show up in relationships, communicate boundaries, and choose healthier dynamics. Relationship change is approached consciously and gently.

 

 

 

What happens after the 6 weeks?

At the end of the journey, you’ll review your original intentions and reflect on what has shifted.  You'll also receive a post course integration pack which reviews each weeks topic, with a reminder of all of the tools and techniques we used.  There is also a 1hr online follow-up session 6 weeks after the end of the journey, to check in with where you are at and offer any further support you may need.  The opportunity to continue your self-led growth through additional resources or ongoing support, if desired, is also an option.

 

 

 

What if I’m not sure this is right for me?

That’s completely okay. This work honours choice and agency. If you have questions or want to explore whether this journey feels aligned, you’re welcome to reach out to me before committing.

 

 

What’s the investment?

The full 6 week journey is £450, or 6 weekly installments of £75 (set up by Direct Debit to be paid weekly).
