Every two weeks, we gather online in sisterhood - to exhale the noise of the outside world and return to our natural rhythm of flow, intuition, and emotional wisdom.
Each circle weaves together gentle guidance, self-love practices, and optional open sharing. You’ll be invited to drop out of the mind and into the body - through meditation, visualisations, body based practices, journalling, and reflection - cultivating safety, nourishment, and deeper connection to your feminine energy.
Together, we explore themes such as:
