How does the programme work?

After purchase, you will receive a welcome email with your companion workbook and an invitation to join the private community group. Starting the following morning, you will receive one email per day for 14 days - each containing a short audio teaching from Paula (5-10 minutes) and a prompt from your workbook. You can post questions in the community group at any point and Paula will answer them there throughout the journey.

 

What if I miss a day?

Do not quit. Simply pick up wherever you are. The daily emails will continue to arrive on schedule, and you can catch up with any missed audios at any time. You have lifetime access to all the materials.

 

How much time does it take each day?

Each audio teaching is 5-10 minutes. The workbook prompt typically takes another 10-15 minutes. Around 20 minutes a day - though you are welcome to spend longer if something resonates deeply.

 

I have tried therapy and it did not really work. Will this be different?

Possibly, yes - and here is why. Talking therapy works primarily at the cognitive level: understanding, reframing, insight. That is valuable. But the patterns we are working with in this programme are stored in the body and the nervous system, not just the mind. Somatic work, inner child work, and nervous system regulation go to where the patterns actually live. Many women who felt stuck after years of therapy find this approach reaches somewhere different

 

Is this suitable if I am neurodivergent?

Yes - this programme was designed with neurodivergent women in mind. Paula is neurodivergent herself and all the teachings are created with that in mind: short, manageable daily practices, no overwhelm, no rigid structure. The daily audio format is particularly well-suited to auditory learners and those who find reading-heavy programmes difficult to sustain.

Does the £97 really credit toward the 6-week programme?
